Remote Personal Training
A high-touch, concierge-style, long-term remote fitness management program designed for YOU and customized to YOUR specific schedule, available equipment, injury history, mobility profile, and training goals. You’ll get a new training cycle every 4 weeks, and have constant access to me via text, email, or carrier pigeon. Take a look at a sample program here.
In-Person Physical Therapy
I’ll assess your health and injury history, current injury presentation, and systemic mobility profile and use a blend of targeted exercise and skilled manual therapy to regain motion, abolish pain, and let you get back to doing the damn thing (whatever YOUR damn thing happens to be). Remote sessions available if you’re not in the Greater Denver Metro area.

For movement professionals looking to take the next step in development of their own movement model. My goal is to not make you into another me (the world has one too many, as is), but rather to get you thinking critically about your assessment and intervention processes with the aim of getting BETTER outcomes for YOUR people.
